I mentioned this on CPb, but figured I'd throw it up here. Unfortunately I don't check here very often.
Have you considered moving the date for 'Final Word' to the following weekend. Right now you're in direct contention with Fulda Gap which is sure to impact your potential player base.
Another suggestion, that I didn't mention on CPb, would be to allow Bring Your Own Paint (BYOP), with a fee, for a game or two. Allowing players to BYOP will draw out some of those guys from CPb who have literally cases of paint sitting around that they can't use anywhere else other than rogue ball. If you charged the same as your mark-up on the paint you're selling, it's a win/win situation. Just make it clear that it's only for a limited time. I saw you're already running some paint specials ($35 per case) for the next game to sweeten the pot, so to speak, but I'm sure this would help also.
